I forgot to do an appreciation post for this jewellers. The guy was amazing. I went in with a ring originally that I wanted re designing and he helped me through my design and we come up with this beauty. Couldn’t recommend this jewellers enough for personalised jewellery. Have also brought items from the shop that’s are also up to a high standard. If I ever needed jewellery or any alterations this would be my go to place. As he stated when I originally went in he’s prices might not be the cheapest on the market but for his standard of work he isn’t expensive.

Well what can I say. Its been nearly 3 years since first stepping foot in the store. The service has been absolutely amazing through to our wedding on Sunday 1st May 2022, which should have been in 2020. An amazing CAD designed ring that fits in with my wife's engagement ring, and my wedding ring with rose gold to match. The rings are stunning. They were happy to keep our rings stored for the covid ridden 2 years from original date. They were happy for us to drop in and try them on when we asked, so we could ensure the fit. The engraving is amazing too. Amazing jewellers run by lovely people who always had a smile on their face.

Excellent jewellers. I had two pieces of jewellery made for me by Michael Frank. This was all done long distance! The customer service was second to none and I’m so pleased with the finished articles. This is the second time I have had jewellery made and hopefully won’t be the last Thank you once again
